Damages and issues----Jewerly will be expected upon shipping to the customer. If damaged please contact the carrier for any damaged items. 

Exceptions / non-returnable ----Monogram items cannot be returned, please confirm the correct spelling of the name you will be getting monogram on your items. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns 

Refunds-----No refunds or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. We are not responsible for misplaced packages by the carrier, please contact the carrier for assistance.
